be a victim.

From day one, you will begin developing your reflexive instincts with our world-renowned experts in Krav Maga. By week 3, you will feel more confident to protect yourself.

Location: Crown Heights, Brooklyn

Our upcoming cycle begins January 12th, 2025 and we are now accepting applications!

Women's class: Sunday evening, 5:30 pm.

The Training
∙ Once a week. Sunday evenings. 1.5 hours.
∙ Wear sneakers and flexible clothing. You will be moving around.
∙ Our focus is on technique – this is not a boot camp.
∙ Bring a water bottle and a positive attitude!
